How long does my order take to ship?

Every HallowRenee item is handmade with love, so processing times may vary depending on the size and customization of your order.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom orders generally take 1–3 weeks to create before shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup may be available for customers in the Texas Panhandle area.

If you’re local and would like to arrange pickup, please contact me before placing your order or select the local pickup option at checkout if available.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because most HallowRenee items are handmade and often personalized, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

For non-custom items, contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss return eligibility.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

I will work with you to find the best solution and make it right whenever possible.
